Tablets crushed or broken?

No worries, that happens occasionally in shipping and handling. Just make sure you empty the entire contents of the packet into your bottle.

Need the tablets to dissolve quicker?

Use warm water and/or crush the tablets (while in their packet) before emptying into your bottle. This may create excess foaming, so only fill the bottle 2/3rds full, and top off the rest of the bottle once the foaming subsides.

Sprayer leaking?

You probably put the sprayer on the bottle before the tablets fully dissolved. Simply remove the sprayer, allow the built-up pressure to escape and replace the sprayer. Always keep the sprayer in the OFF position when not in use.
